Multi Core interface detection systems
This system has over 20 units operating in the field.
They enable the customer to monitor up to 10 separate cores on an injection
molding tool (or other tooling) to ensure that each core is set or pulled,
Different from "daisy chaining" all your switches together, we provide a
picture like view of the mold face showing where each core is and if it is
set, pulled, or a problem. Your operators can go to the problem
instantly without waiting for someone to troubleshoot the problem the old
fashioned way which can take up to several hours.
CONTROL RETROFITS AND INDUSTRIAL
CONTROL PANELS
WPM has a ZERO down time retrofit available.
Normally a retrofit takes 2 to 6 weeks of machine down time. Our
system enables the customer to plan their production schedule to allow WPM
to debug the new system while the machine is normally scheduled to be down.
It only takes minutes to switch the systems back and forth. WPM
also builds and installs traditional controls for a variety of systems.
